1. No Returns or Refunds
All sales made through Modluxx are final. Given the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped. This policy is in place to ensure the highest standards of product hygiene and customer safety.
2. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 5 hours of the order being placed. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to accommodate a cancellation request.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
While we do not offer refunds, we take great care to ensure all orders are correctly fulfilled and arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with detailed pictures and a description of the issue. We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
4. Exceptions
The above No Return and No Refund Policy applies to all products sold by Modluxx. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Modluxx. Any exception granted does not constitute a change to our policy.
